How to Make a Booking

Please contact us as soon as you have the dates for which you require pet/animal care.

Getting to know you and your pet

We will arrange a convenient time to come and visit you with your pet to discuss your requirements. This visit will give us an opportunity to meet our animal friends and acquaint ourselves with the environment that they like to live in. It also allows your pet/animals to familorise themselves with their carer. You will be shown our references and registration documents.

Our visit may also reassure you that you can relax and leave all the care to us without concern.

What happens next?

A written quotation will be issued after this meeting together with a comprehensive booking form for your completion which covers your pet/animal sit in detail. This form will guide our staff in the daily routine that you prefer; it will also be an invaluable fact sheet to alert staff to individual temperament needs and habits. Our booking form will contain details of emergency contacts, your preferred veterinarian, current medications and feeding requirements and likes/dislikes of your pet. All paperwork is completely confidential.

Completing your booking

When you are completely happy with all the arrangements and the work is mutually agreed we will finalise the booking with a deposit and confirm collection of keys. All customer keys are kept in our safe.

Returning home

When you return home we will visit you to return all keys and ensure that you were satisfied with the care and service that we provided. Payment of the final invoice will be due at this time. We will also submit an account, where necessary, for any additional costs incurred such as veterinary fees or the purchase of essential animal requirements.
